
Claire Oleson is a Midwestern writer based in Brooklyn. She serves as an Assistant Editor at the Kenyon Review and is a 2020 Center for Fiction Fellow. She gravitates towards queer narratives, fly-over state wildernesses, and people under 60 who take dinner before 5.
Her work has appeared or is forthcoming in The Kenyon Review, the LA Review of Books, Guesthouse, and Joyland, among others.
She is currently at work on a novel treading the space between luxury and survival in contemporary homesteading practices.
